1 Refund Eligibility

At carmeluvisto, we stand behind the quality of our educational programs and want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Refunds are available under specific circumstances outlined below.

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria: enrollment in a paid course or program, completion of less than 25% of the course content, and submission of your refund request within our specified timeframes. We evaluate each request individually to ensure fairness for all learners.

Please note that certain specialized programs and one-on-one coaching sessions may have different refund terms due to their personalized nature and limited availability.

2 Refund Timeframes

Our refund policy operates on a tiered timeframe system to provide flexibility while maintaining program integrity:

1 Within 7 days of purchase: 100% refund available
2 8-14 days: 75% refund (if less than 15% content accessed)
3 15-30 days: 50% refund (if less than 25% content accessed)
4 Beyond 30 days: Case-by-case evaluation

These timeframes begin from your initial course enrollment date, not from your first login or content access. We track your progress automatically through our learning management system to ensure accurate assessment of your course completion percentage.

3 Refund Scenarios

Different situations may affect your eligibility for a refund. Here are the most common scenarios we encounter:

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing course content, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Course Cancellation

If carmeluvisto cancels or significantly modifies a course after your enrollment, you're entitled to a full refund or free transfer to a comparable program.

4 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receiving complete information.

You'll need to provide your full name, email address associated with your account, course or program name, purchase date, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting the refund. Our team will review your request and respond with a decision within 2-3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For credit card payments, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's processing times.

If you paid through a third-party platform or used store credit, refunds will follow the same timeline but may be issued as account credit rather than cash refunds, depending on the original payment method.

5 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These include downloadable resources that have been accessed, completed courses where certificates have been issued, and custom one-on-one coaching sessions that have been delivered.

Physical materials, books, or equipment provided as part of a course package cannot be refunded once shipped, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we'll provide a replacement rather than a refund.

Subscription services are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Any unused portion of your current billing period will remain active until the end of that period.
